Agreement

By using Aviatr, you agree to these terms. R-U-Ontrak Pty Ltd operates Flight of the Aviator and the aviatr.co platform.

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. By using Aviatr, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

What Aviatr Is

Aviatr is a business planning platform that helps you create strategic plans and track your business progress using AI assistance.

Basic Rules

You can use Aviatr to plan and manage your business. You must not:

• Use it for illegal purposes
• Share your account with others
• Try to access other users' data
• Copy or redistribute the platform

Your Data

You own your business data and plans. We own the Aviatr platform.

If you delete your account or don't subscribe after your trial:

• You can export your data before deletion
• We'll delete your data within 30 days
• Some data may be retained for legal/compliance reasons
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

AI Content and AI Providers

How AI use works

When you use an AI feature, your business information is sent to an external AI provider to perform the task you asked for. This only happens with your consent: the system will not send your data to an external AI provider for a generative feature unless consent for that use is in place, and each consent is recorded. If you decline, the feature does not run. The providers we use — Anthropic and OpenAI — do not use data sent through their commercial APIs to train their models, and retain it only briefly (their published policies, as at 9 September 2026, state deletion within 30 days). Advisers using AI on client data

If you are an adviser, coach, investor or other external party using an AI feature on a client's business data, you must confirm that your client has consented to their data being processed by AI for that purpose. AI assistance on a client report cannot run until that confirmation is recorded, and each use is logged. You remain responsible for obtaining and holding the underlying client consent.

Our own intelligence layer

Separately from the AI features above, we operate an optional analysis layer (aviatrBI). It is off unless you turn it on, and only ever uses de-identified, aggregated data. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Not Professional Advice

Fees

Aviatr offers a 14-day free trial. After your trial ends, you'll need to select a subscription plan to continue using the platform. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never received or stored by Aviatr.

During Your Trial:

• Full access to a range of features
• No credit card required to start
• Cancel anytime during trial with no charge

Subscription Plans:

• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

We may change subscription fees with 28 days' notice. If you don't accept the new fees, you can cancel before they take effect.

Disclaimer & Liability

Aviatr is provided "as is" with no warranties. We're not liable for:

• Business decisions you make
• Any losses from using Aviatr
• AI-generated content accuracy
• Service interruptions

Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded.

Termination

We can suspend your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@aviatr.co.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes through the platform.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Victorian law, Australia.
