From Investment Director to Founder
With 15 years as an Investment Director managing international private equity and venture capital fund investments, followed by a decade as a founder developing his own startups and also working with founders of startups including social enterprises, our founder has seen business from both sides of the table.
The insight wasn't about patterns—it was about a gap. As an investor, he often noted how difficult it was for business owners to get the support they needed. As a founder, he experienced that gap firsthand: disconnected tools, fragmented and often contradictory advice, and no single place to think strategically about where you're going and how to get there.
The mission became clear: help more companies be resilient by building something better. Not because there's a formula for success, but because what's currently available to business owners simply isn't good enough. They deserve integrated tools, strategic thinking frameworks, and support systems that actually work together.
This belief led to the core convictions that shaped the Aviatr platform.
