Celebrating those having a crack

Every business owner is a pilot navigating their own journey. This is a series celebrating local business owners — the people who keep our communities true and alive — told in their own words.

Reflecting on the years that go into building a business — showing up consistent, energised, and committed — is something worth celebrating. Business owners know their trade, they change lives, and in reality this is what keeps our local communities and beyond alive.

So we're filming a social series celebrating local Australian business owners. The format is simple: a quick, street-style chat at a site of your choice — six questions, ten to fifteen minutes. Questions you could answer in your sleep. The reels go up on Instagram and LinkedIn with you tagged, so your network sees you through a fresh lens: we will also post them here so another audience can see them: you get the exposure and a different algorithmic reach, and we get to shine a light on a business worth celebrating. Win win.

The format

A site of your choice 10–15 minutes Six questions IG + LinkedIn, you tagged and also here
  1. How long you've been in business.
  2. The three numbers that matter to you.
  3. Where you want to be in five years.
  4. What keeps you going.
  5. Who backed you early.
  6. What would surprise people about running your business.

The first stories are being filmed now — check back shortly.

These stories celebrate the business owners featured. Being featured does not imply that the business endorses Aviatr, or that Aviatr endorses the business. Some of those featured are Aviatr customers; many are not. We simply want to tell their story.
