The Investor's View
After 15 years as an Investment Director managing international private equity and venture capital fund investments, our founder saw a lot of business models, some worked, many didn't. The was no one reason for success or failure but he began to believe that those that were clearer about where they were going, more disciplined about how they'd get there, and more honest about where they stood had a good chance.
But he also saw something troubling: business owners often couldn't access the strategic thinking tools and support that larger companies take for granted. They were flying blind, making critical decisions without the frameworks or guidance they deserved.
The Founder's Experience
Then came a decade as a founder—building startups and working alongside other founders, including social enterprises. He could see a gap. Disconnected tools. Fragmented advice. No single place to think strategically about the business.
The insight wasn't about finding a magic formula. It was about recognising that what's currently available to business owners simply isn't good enough. They deserve integrated tools, strategic thinking frameworks, and support systems that actually work together.
